Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
Thank you for taking the time to consider our shows. On our website, you will find a comprehensive overview of the American Sportfishing Association’s Eastern Fishing & Outdoor Exposition shows for 2012. The venues where our shows are produced have been carefully chosen based on market research. Most of them are just outside major metropolitan areas. This strategy allows us to dominate markets with impressive numbers of fishing and hunting license sales, yet offer exhibitor-friendly buildings.
We all recognize the difficulties in doing business in the present economy. Although many folks no longer have the discretionary income they once had, most of them have returned to some of the basics – fishing, hunting and their love of the outdoors.
Although attendance at our shows has remained rock solid over the past few years, we recognize that times have changed ~ and so have we.
The Eastern Fishing & Outdoor Exposition in Worcester, Massachusetts, now in its 36th year, was due for a facelift. We reduced the number of show days for 2012 (from four to three days) and reduced the size of the show slightly. This is a win/win opportunity for exhibitors. With fewer show days, we have been able to reduce the price of an exhibit booth by nearly 30%. This will also mean fewer hotel room nights, meals, etc. for exhibitors. And…this will also allow us to maintain the first rate advertising that sets our shows apart from the competition.
We have already lined up some terrific feature attractions for 2012 as well as top name talent – all of which will attract your customers to the shows.
